Fly-out Guided Day Hikes from Talkeetna

These day tours to our remote, fly-out location are perfect for anyone who would like to escape the Talkeetna tourist trap and crowds, but don't have time to stay overnight at a remote wilderness lodge.

  We invite you to come join us for a half day at the lodge for an unforgettable, naturalist-led day hike

This tour begins with a short, scenic flight to the lodge. Upon arrival, our family will give you a tour of the lodge to show you a behind-the-scenes look at life in the Alaskan wilderness before packing a lunch and heading out for the day.

As with every hike, we are always on the lookout for moose, caribou, and bear. Your guide will lead the way and gladly answer all the questions you may have about the wildlife and plant life of the region. After a day spent out on the trail, you may even have time for a trip around the lake in a kayak or canoe before your departing flight back to Talkeetna.

*Many of our guests have the air taxi add a Denali scenic flight before arriving at our lodge.

The prices below are based on a 2 guest minimum, including:         

Flight, Guided hiking trip, and lunch for 2 people, along with use of lodge facilities.

(Larger groups are definitely welcome. Contact us for a quote and availability.)

Approximately 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.
