Rates are quoted in American dollars. We accept credit cards, PayPal, cash, cashiers checks, and wire transfers.

• Round-trip floatplane transportation from Talkeetna (You can also request flight options from Anchorage or Willow)

• All meals

• Shower house essentials (towels, shampoo, body wash)

• Alcohol (feel free to bring your own)

Short notice bookings are welcome when the space allows.

Reservations / Cancellations

We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation and will email you a booking confirmation upon receiving your deposit.  Full payment is due 60 days before your arrival at the lodge.

Caribou Lodge cannot be responsible for cancellations or delays due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
Deposits are non-refundable, and the balance is non-refundable within 60 days of your arrival.  If this is a potential concern for you we encourage you to get travel insurance.

 

Due to the remote location of Caribou Lodge Alaska we ask that you inform us of any health issues, allergies, and physical limitations ahead of time.

Weather Delays

On rare occasion unpredictable weather can delay the coming and going of the aircraft.  If you are held over at the lodge due to weather delays we will not charge you for any additional nights at the lodge, but we do ask that each guest cover the cost of any extra meals eaten during a delay.

Our family believes that a weather delay should not be a financial burden to our guests. We are among very few lodges that hold to this policy.

Meal prices per person during weather delays:

$25.00 per breakfast, $25.00 per lunch, $40.00 per dinner.

 

If your arrival to our lodge is delayed more than a day, we will do everything we can to reschedule your stay to make up the difference if there is availability.
