 Lodge stays are based upon a minimum of two guests per cabin and include all meals, lodging, use of all lodge facilities, daily local guided hiking, excursions, and activities. On backpacking trips you will be accompanied by a guide; all food is provided. Fishing licenses, personal items and flight costs are not included in the below rates. We have no license to sell or serve alcohol, you are welcome to bring your own.

SUMMER/WINTER RATES
Base Rate of $310 per person per day plus $2.50 bed tax. Based on double occupancy. Two-day minimum stay.
2 Days / Nights - $620 plus $5.00 Bed Tax Per Person
3 Days / Nights - $930 plus $7.50 Bed Tax Per Person
4 Days / Nights - $1,240 plus $10.00 Bed Tax Per Person
5 Days / Nights - $1,550 plus $12.50 Bed Tax Per Person
6 Days / Nights - $1,860 plus $15.00 Bed Tax Per Person
Single Guest Rate - $450 Per Day Plus $2.50 Bed Tax.
Children Under 12 years of age - $245.00 Per Day Plus $2.50 Bed Tax.
GUIDED
LODGE BACKPACKING COMBINATIONS - 2 Person
minimum
3 Days / Nights - An easy trip, good for beginners. One day two nights at the lodge, two days one night backpacking. $930 per person plus $5.00 bed tax.
4 Days /
Nights - Great trip! Three days and nights out in the Alaskan wilderness, one day and night to rest and relax back at the lodge. It's a good one! $1,240 per person plus $2.50 bed tax.
5 Days /
Nights - A lake hopping excursion, two days three nights at the lodge, three days two nights on the trail. $1,550 per person plus $7.50 bed tax.
5 Days /
Nights - Fly out to an alpine lake beneath a glacier and hike back to the lodge. AN AWESOME TRIP! One day two nights at the lodge, four days three nights packing. $1,695 per person plus $5.00 bed tax. Additional flight cost.
6 Days / Nights - This one's for the HEARTY! One day two nights at the lodge, five days four nights cross country packing. $1,860 per person plus $5.00 bed tax.
Rates include all
lodging and meals, daily guided hiking and use of
all lodge facilities. Winter rates also include use
of snowshoes, limited cross-country skis and daily
guided dogmushing. As mandated by our insurance
carrier, you will be required to endorse a
liability waiver for all lodge
activities.

 Flight
Costs
Depending upon the season, ski or float plane flights to the lodge are available daily from Anchorage, Wasilla, Willow, and Talkeetna. Scenic flights of Mt. McKinley are also options for your flight to the lodge or during your stay. Let us know the number in your party, location of departure, and scenic flight option, and we will quote your price to your desires. A sample: from Talkeetna rates will range from $165 to $210 PP/RT. Winter
Packages
Winter activities can include any number of
combinations from cross-country skiing , dog
mushing, winter camping, snow shoeing, winter
photography, northern lights, and winter scenic
flights. Depending on snow depth and conditions,
these packages are generally tailored to fit your
desires. Contact us for your personal
itinerary.
Reservations/Cancellations
We require 50% deposit within 10 days to
confirm your reservation. Full payment is due 90
days in advance. In the event of a cancellation,
payments will be refunded only if space can be
re-booked. Caribou Lodge will not be responsible
for cancellations or delays due to weather or other
circumstances beyond our control. You may want to
consider trip cancellation insurance. Drop-ins are
welcome when the space allows--call anytime for
short notice availability.
