Our day trips are a perfect opportunity for you to experience the true Alaska without interfering with your itinerary.
In Alaska there is so much to see and so little time. Perhaps you want to get out into the wilderness during your visit to the Talkeetna/Denali area, but you don't actually want to stay overnight at a remote wilderness lodge.
We invite you to come join us for a half day or a full day at the lodge for an unforgettable day hike with lunch included. We have partnered with Alaska Bush Floatplane Company & Talkeetna Air Taxi to make these fantastic day trips a possibility.
This adventure begins with a scenic flight to the lodge. Upon arrival, our family will give you a tour of the lodge to show you a behind-the-scenes look at life in the Alaskan wilderness before heading out for the day. As with every hike, we are always on the lookout for moose, caribou, and bear. Your guide will lead the way and gladly answer any questions you may have about the wildlife and plant life of the region. After a day spent out in nature, you may even have time for a trip around the lake in a kayak or canoe before your departing flight back to Talkeetna. Click here for prices.
